    We are seeking a High Energy, ambitious, and passionate, Attorney to join our growing Plaintiff's firm. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, maintains a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to better themselves and serve our clients. Three years of experience handling injury cases in either the Plaintiff or Defense side is preferred. Responsibilities: • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks Key Responsibilities • Maximizing the value of cases • Maintaining active communication with clients • Case management/development • Working cases from both pre-litigation and litigation, through disbursement • Conducting effective written discovery • Taking depositions with purpose and tenacity • Performing legal research, drafting pleadings, briefs • Drafting and arguing motions Qualifications: • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus • Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required • Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required • Member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar • Experience in Personal Injury • Ability to work well in a team environment • Trial experience is preferable Compensation: $100,000 - $350,000
