Job Description
The Gus Badra Agency, a well well establish insurance broker, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Insurance Agent to assist our Principal Agents in maintaining existing P&C business as well as, generate new business by helping prospective customers. You will service, sell, solicit, differentiate, and eventually explain insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth, customer satisfaction and increase our agency’s reputation. This is a great growth opportunity and Hybrid Remote!

**JOB OFFERS ANNUAL BASE PAY OF $28,000 TO $32,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + UNCAPPED COMMISSION & BONUSES ALLOWED ONCE LICENSED – AVERAGE EXPECTED EARNING POTENTIAL $60,000 TO $78,000 ANNUALLY.
