Employment Opportunity Available! (Note: Excellent driving record required) The #1 real estate team in Birmingham is on the hunt for a new Logistics Coordinator/Courier. This role will primarily be responsible for the delivery and pick up of lockboxes, signage, and marketing materials to and from our listings. This person will also be responsible for filming 3D tours of the home via iPhone (with training provided). The care and maintenance of the company van also fall under the responsibilities of this position. Additional errands/pick-ups as they arise. Health, dental and vision packages offered and vacation time. Responsibilities: • Delivery and pick up of lockboxes, signage, and marketing materials to and from our listings • Responsible for filming 3D tours of the home via iPhone (with training provided) • The care and maintenance of the company van also fall under the responsibilities of this position • Additional errands/pickups as they arise • Hours will be 9-5 Monday through Friday with some flexibility Qualifications: • Licensed driver • Must be at least 23 years old. This is a strict requirement from the vehicle insurer • Approval to have Motor Vehicle Report run. No more than 1 violation (can't be major) or no more than 1 at-fault accident • Starting Salary: $12 an hour. Benefits offered and vacation time Compensation: $12 hourly
