Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of Sales Representatives! Since 1951, AIL has served at the exclusive union benefits provider for Police, Firefighters, and other high risk occupations across the US. We have a fully comprehensive training program performed in-house, so no experience is required. All applicants who reply to this listing will be invited to attend a 3-stage in-person interview process at our Balcones Heights office in the heart of San Antonio. Candidates selected to move forward will be invited back for a final one-on-one interview, and a formal job offer may be presented at that time. Entry level typically earns $1,000+/week. Candidates interested in advancement into Leadership can qualify after 6 consecutive weeks of meeting minimum performance standards. Income after promotion into leadership typically exceeds $100,000/year. Don't expect 6-figures with a minimum-wage effort, though. Self starters of the highest integrity need only apply.
