We are seeking several highly motivated individuals with strong leadership potential to join our rapidly expanding team at the Guthrie-Smith Agency! Since 1951, AIL has served as the exclusive life benefits provider for our nation's police, firefighters, and other high risk occupations through their unions and associations. As a Privileged Provider, we do not deal with the general public. As a result, we do not solicit, cold-call, canvass, or even advertise, and we DO NOT pay for leads.

We will be seeing a large number of candidates for this position along a 3-stage virtual interview process. First, all candidates will be invited to attend a live virtual Career Briefing. Here we will explain A to Z about our company history, and our open opportunities available. At the end of the Briefing, all candidates will be asked to submit a Statement of Candidacy letter. Candidates selected to move forward will be invited back for a final one-on-one interview, and a formal job offer may be presented at that time.

Entry level agents typically earn $60,000+ in their first year. Advancement into Leadership positions is possible for any candidates who enroll in the Leadership Career Track. Leadership income typically exceeds $100,000/year after 6 months.

This is very definitely a full-time career opportunity, and not just another job.
