Job Description

Since 1951, AIL has served as the exclusive life insurance provider for police, firefighters, and other high risk occupations nationwide. As a Privileged Provider, we are not open to the general public, we do not advertise, solicit, canvas, cold call, or go door-to-door, and we do not pay for leads.

All training and onboarding performed in-house. First paycheck can be expected within 1-2 weeks after hire. Entry level agents typically earn $1,000+/week. Advancement into Leadership can occur in as early as 6 weeks after training. Leadership income exceeds 6-figures within the first year.
