Gym Associate
Overview
The Associate is responsible for
The Gym Associate will lead, direct and control the front desk with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service and member experience.
Major Responsibilities:
Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Handles member issues including billing, past due payments and member outreach
Follows the proper check-in procedures for all members and guests
Supports retail sales and membership promotions.
Maintains the ethical standards of sales as established by Gold's Gym Hamilton Mill
Attends required training and meetings
Maintains a clean and organized front counter,, foyer and smoothie bar
Responsible for maintaining gym and locker room cleanliness
Keeps open line of communication with upper Management
Cover shifts as needed
Conducts gym tours as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills
Exhibit a superior sense of customer service at all times
Possess strong motivational, communication, leadership, team building, and training skills
Understanding of basic cash procedures
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to multi-task
CPR certified
