Overview: Sculpt Fitness is looking for a motivated, energetic Front Desk Associate to be the face of our gym. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-energy environment while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members and guests with a positive, welcoming attitude

Assist with membership inquiries, sales, and retention

Answer phone calls, emails, and follow up with leads and prospects

Process payments and maintain accurate member records

Promote gym programs, services, and upcoming events

Sell in-house products (smoothies, drinks, apparel, accessories)

Help schedule classes and personal training sessions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and facility

Perform daily walkthroughs and assist with general facility upkeep

Open and/or close the gym as scheduled

Resolve member concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Positive, upbeat personality with strong customer service skills

Excellent communication skills with members, staff, and management

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Passion for health, fitness, and community

High school diploma or equivalent required

CPR/AED certification preferred

Prior customer service or sales experience preferred

Basic computer skills (experience with gym software is a plus)

Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Work Environment:

On-site at Sculpt Fitness in Kenilworth, NJ

Part-time position

Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $15/hour
