JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced personal training manager to develop the personal training departments at both of our GymIt locations. The role will require someone with extensive sales and management experience. The Regional Fitness Director would be responsible for scouting and recruiting new personal training talent and would be expected to provide continued training and sales education to our personal training teams. This is an incredible opportunity for someone that is looking to have creative control over a new personal training program. The main focus of this role is to generate fitness revenue, and we are looking for applicants that are eager to turn their own ideas into actionable plans and practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit and hire personal trainers

Provide continued education to our training teams

Work with club managers and front desk associates to generate new personal training leads

Generate fitness revenue that meets sales expectations of the corporate office

Implement new sales strategies, and operations to reach the full sales potential of our large member base

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

College Degree in a fitness related field preferred but not required

Minimum 2 years management experience in the fitness industry

Minimum 2 years personal training sales experience

Nationally accredited personal training certification(i.e. ACSM, NASM, NSCA, CSCS, ACE, AFAA, SMART Fitness, Small group training etc).

Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications within 30 days of hire.

Must be highly motivated, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of building personal training clientele

Enthusiasm and passion for the fitness industry!

COMPENSATION:

$60k Base w/monthly bonus earnings up to $1,500
