BACKGROUND
Gymboree Play & Music is the world’s leading parent-child interactive program for children ages newborn to five years. For over 40 years, we have been bringing play, music, arts and learning to families across the United States and around the world!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Operations
Use features and benefits of Gymboree to provide information and sell enrollments, merchandise, birthday parties and special events to new and existing customers.
Strong computer skills
Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, greet and service customers.
Maintain site standards, including, but not limited to: cleaning, stocking and pricing of merchandise, and helping with equipment set changes.
Supplies management and ordering
Financials
Setting and attaining site sales goals
Weekly and monthly reporting
Marketing via:
Social Media
Local marketing opportunities and grassroots involvement
Seek new ways to increase traffic (eg. community partnerships and business opportunities)
Programming
Educate and enroll customers in the most appropriate class(es) for their child(ren).
Maintain a working knowledge of programs and current lesson plans for possible teaching assistance.
Keep track of birthday party scheduling.
Customer Service
Ensure brand quality and standards
Handle inquiries/complaints
NOTE: Gymboree Play & Music provides all training necessary.

HOURS
Part time available. Approximately 25 hours/week including Saturdays.
COMPENSATION
Starting pay is based on experience. Free Gymboree Play & Music classes and a discount at the Gymboree Retail Stores.
