Gymboree Play and Music is looking to hire part-time instructors to lead play, music, and art classes designed for children zero to five years old. We have immediate openings at our Sandy Springs and Johns Creek locations for part-time instructors with both weekday and Saturday availability. Both locations are closed on Sunday. Successful applicants will have a tuneful singing voice, an ability to create excitement in classes for children and their parents/caregivers. They will demonstrate an ability to learn and deliver Gymboree Play and Music curriculum and lesson plans. Gymboree teachers are involved in all aspects of customer service for our families. They deliver exceptional customer service, perform basic reception-desk functions, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Experience teaching in a group environment is a plus, as is a degree in early childhood education, physical education/kinesiology, musical theatre, or music.
