About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Competitive Gymnastics Team Coach to join our team at Sandhills Gymnastics in Pinehurst, NC. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to work with talented young athletes and help them achieve their full potential in the sport of gymnastics.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnastics team members

Provide guidance and support to athletes during practices and competitions

Assist in skill development and technique improvement

Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a positive and encouraging training environment

Monitor and track athlete progress and performance

Requirements:

Previous coaching experience in competitive gymnastics (Bronze through L.6)

Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and routines

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

USAG certification preferred
