    Overview

    LEVEL 1 Instructor: Entry‐level coach building foundational skills and delivering a safe, fun environment for young athletes.

    LEVEL 2 Instructor: Advanced coach who leads circuits and mentors junior staff.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    LEVEL 1 Instructor:

    Assist with warm‐ups, basic stations and spotting beginner skills.

    Help set up and put away equipment; wipe down mats, vacuum floors and tidy desk area.

    Reinforce safety rules and positive behavior; report injuries or absences.

    Maintain friendly parent interaction before and after classes; answer basic program questions.

    Enter hours promptly and maintain personal payroll data.

    LEVEL 2 Instructor:

    Ensure lesson circuits are being run safely, efficiently and effectively; perform hands‐on spotting for intermediate skills; ensure USAG compliance.

    Monitor student progress, test athletes and log results in Jackrabbit.

    Communicate with parents regarding injuries, progress and absences.

    Assist with daily cleaning: wipe equipment, vacuum floors, sanitize bathrooms and windows, store mats.

    Enter hours and attendance information accurately.

    Mobile: We travel to many schools in the greater Atlanta area. I'm sure we're in a few near where you live! Receive a minimum 25% pay boost for all mobile classes taught!!

    Organizational Structure

    Part‐time/hourly position on the coaching team; reports to Experience Manager.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Enthusiasm for working with children and willingness to learn spotting techniques

    Ability to lift 40 lbs and pass background check

    High‐school diploma or equivalent

    Dependable, team‐oriented mindset

    Additional Notes:

    Expect to work between 15 and 30 hours per week

    We have work hours to fit all schedules
