About the Role:
Dardano's School of Gymnastics in Denver, CO is looking for energetic and passionate Gymnastics Instructors/Coaches to join our team! If you love inspiring young athletes and have a talent for making gymnastics fun and accessible, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
Teach fundamental gymnastics skills using natural progressions and proper technique
Monitor and ensure the safety of all students during practice and training sessions
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to athletes and parents
Set up, inspect, and maintain gymnastics equipment to ensure a safe training environment
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with program goals
Support and motivate students during recreational classes and competitive training
Requirements:
Previous experience as a gymnastics instructor, coach, or competitive gymnast preferred
Strong knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals, progressions, and safety protocols
USA Gymnastics (USAG) membership and safety certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain
CPR and First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
Positive, energetic, patient, and encouraging coaching demeanor
Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed
