As a Gymnastics Lead Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality classes, supporting curriculum execution, and helping elevate the overall coaching experience in the gym.

• You have previous gymnastics coaching experience and feel confident teaching foundational gymnastics skills • You can manage a class independently while keeping kids engaged, safe, and motivated • You understand how to adapt skills and progressions for different ages and ability levels • You treat every class and every child like it’s their first day, every single week • You take pride in being a leader on the floor and a role model for the team

We are a gymnastics-based enrichment center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs focus on confidence, coordination, strength, and social development in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment. Classes are non-competitive and taught in a way that encourages children to progress at their own pace.
