    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Gymnastics Program Director plays a vital leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our recreational gymnastics program. This includes coaching, mentoring staff, supporting families, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring exceptional program delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, driven by results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Ensure the safety and well-being of all gymnasts and families.

    Lead and participate in weekly leadership and planning meetings

    Provide high-quality gymnastics instruction and curriculum oversight across all levels.

    Be an enthusiastic, welcoming presence in the gym—smile, engage, and communicate positively

    Oversee and support staff development, including training, mentoring, and performance feedback.

    Use technology tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and our class management system.

    Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability as a team leader.

    Serve as a role model for staff and students by upholding Barron values and policies.

    Maintain consistent, reliable attendance to provide structure and continuity for students and families.

    Actively uphold and promote the Barron Mission of “Building Skills for Life.
