Welcome to My Gym Children’s Fitness Center—700+ locations worldwide and still growing. We run high-energy fitness classes, gymnastics programs, and unforgettable birthday parties for kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years old.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This isn’t a “stand around” job. You’ll be in it—leading classes, hyping kids up, and creating moments they’ll remember.

Coach and lead children’s fitness & gymnastics classes

Host epic birthday parties 🎉

Connect with families and help grow our community

Support team goals in promotions and sales

Bring the energy every. single. day.

What We’re Looking For:

Available 25–40 hours/week (including weekends)

High-energy personality—you like being the loudest one in the room

Strong communication & people skills

Experience working with kids (required)

Background in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or fitness

Leadership mindset + ability to motivate others

Organized and reliable

Comfortable with sales (we’ll teach you how to win here)

Must pass a background check

What You Get:

Starting at $16.90/hr (most trained staff earn $17–$20/hr)
