    • Coordinating project set up estimating, purchasing, contract and standard form administration, scheduling, resources, equipment and information; data base and web-hosted software administration and daily use.• Provide support to Director of Construction in daily Development duties

    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible Development Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex tasks.Development Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Director of Construction to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries and processing. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with internal development, accounting and operation teams to deliver results on deadlines.Ultimately, the Development Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

    Responsibilities• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management• Make sure all departments needs are met as projects evolve• Help prepare budgets• Analyze risks and opportunities• Oversee project procurement management• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate delays• Use tools provided to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures• Prepare and issue all appropriate forms (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement, RFI’S, Change Orders, RFP’s, P.O.’s, invoices, expense reports, request for checks, request for payments etc)• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance review• Provide administration, operation and upkeep of wed hosted software system Requirements• Proven work experience as a Development, Construction or Project Coordinator or similar role• Experience in project management support, from conception to delivery• An ability to prepare and interpret standard construction forms, documents, charts, schedules and step-by-step action plans• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management• Strong corporate-facing and teamwork skills• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and Microsoft Project• Hands-on experience with project management and accounting tools (e.g. USGN, Procore, Timberline, Tririga etc)• Strong typing and administrative skills• Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent college credits or work experience• Preference for individual with Web Hosted Software experience such as USGlobal Net or similar system
