Restaurant Maintenance Management Assistant
Overview of duties and skill sets:
Restaurant kitchen equipment (Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine) maintenance.
HVAC (Heater, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) maintenance.
The position is an On-Call Position - meaning will be called you in from time to time for emergency repair of equipment
Manage outsourced repair tech and costs
Trip to other cities and states as needed (1 or 2 day trip once or twice a month)
Other basic maintenance work
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email)
Work schedule:
9:45am - 6:45pm (Day Work)
23:30pm - 7:00am (Night Work)
** Work hours are flexible. There will be overtime as needed.
Salary:
**Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
**Must be willing to travel internationally and meet the requirements to enter each country.
