    THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Support activities associated with the integration of new, upgraded, and refurbished systems, subsystems, and capabilities into all RSNF Systems and Ashore and Afloat platforms. Efforts may include integration support for systems such as, but not limited to, the following: Global Command and Control System (GCCS); Naval Modular Automated Communications System (NAVMACS); High Frequency (HF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF), and Very High Frequency (VHF) Radios and Antennas; Tactical Data Links (Link-11 and future Links); Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS); Coalition Partner Network (CPN); Network Communications (e.g., Internet Protocol (IP), Radio Frequency (RF), Satellite Communication (SATCOM)); Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI); Visit, Boarding, Search, and Seizure (VBSS); Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS); Audio Processing System (APS); Emergency Radio System; Fiber OpticTransport Network (FPTN); Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems; Video Display Systems; and VTC Systems.

     

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: (OR EQUIVALENT)

    Required:

    • Three+ (3) years of experience supporting C4I systems such as NAVMACS, HF, UHF, and VHF Radios and Antennas, Tactical Data Links (Link-11, 16, 22), CENTRIXS, Network Communications, SATCOM, or ADSI.
    • Experience working OCONUS in security cooperation efforts or for foreign customers (i.e., not for US military bases or USG facilities).
    • Bachelor's degree in a Technical field such as Engineering, Science or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
    • US SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE, OR VERIFICATION OF THE ABILITY TO GET ONE.

     

    DESIRED:

    • Three+ (3) years of experience with NAVWAR prime mission products.
    • Experience interacting with US Government and foreign senior military/government officials.
    • Completion of DISAM SCM courses such as SCM-C.
    • DISAM International Affairs Certification Level 1 or above.
    • Experience working in austere locations (e.g., Middle Eastern nations) in security cooperation/assistance efforts or for foreign customers (i.e., not for US military bases or USG facilities).

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • B.S.C/ MSc in chemistry • 7 + years’ experience in chemical industry and previous experience in Quality fields, • Knowledge of ISO 9001 ;experience in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Social Responsibility would be beneficial • Knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC) • Excellent organization and prioritization skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). • Excellent computer skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access • Excellent people skills • Ability to work without supervision, to motivate a team and to make decisions.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS • 2+ year experience in the adhesive industry • Qualified Quality Auditor / Experience is an advantage
