POSITION IS OPENED IN MALAYSIA AND SINGAPORE. The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a senior business manager who reports to the VP Asia & Business Development for Construction Adhesives (CA) Global Business Unit. They will be responsible to build and lead a high performing sales team to drive market penetration in South East Asia.
The purpose of this position is to provide commercial leadership for our CA business in South East Asia. This includes working with market segment and regional leadership to develop business strategies and plans to establish sustainable revenue growth in the area of scope. The position has direct responsibility for the commercial activities in the geographic scope as well as providing cross functional support to other business stakeholders as needed.
The BDM is expected to: Identify market opportunities, develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies, penetrate new markets, negotiate high level agreements, hire and focus talent on the development and delivery of innovative solutions to customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES
The BDM will develop and lead a dedicated sales team to drive expansion and extension of the CA global business into the region and ensure that profitable growth targets are achieved.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High School diploma or GED
Experience: Adequate experience performing the duties of the position described under Job Description.
Preferred school and/or working experience modifying raster drawings and creating vector drawings using illustrating programs such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, PTC IsoDraw, and Corel Designer.
Proficient with the following software, including but not limited to:
Must be able to produce quality vector drawings in a high volume with minimal to no errors.
Must be an U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
