 POSITION SUMMARY

Capture Manager will support efforts across all IDEMIA North America business units. The Capture Manager will create capture plans, identity customer needs and hot buttons, develop winning industry partner teams, develop quantifiably differentiated bids and win impactful deals. The candidate will lead captures for opportunities ($20M - $300M+) across all services areas for IDEMIA North America.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing, and managing comprehensive capture plans
• Work with Sales to identify customer needs and hot buttons to clearly identify customers pain points and develop win themes
• Identify gaps and build winning capture teams – both internal and external
• Develop quantifiable differentiation on every bid
• Identify key competitors and their win strategies
• Win business for IDEMIA

• Creative “out of the box” thinker who can rapidly adapt and thrive in a dynamic market

• A deep understanding of government buying habits, to include:

  • Experience with US government budget, investments and acquisition processes
  • Understanding of different contract types to include: IDIQ, BPA, CRADA, OTA, as well as CLIN structures that include FPIF, CPIF, FPAF, CPAF, FFP, FPLOE, T&M, CPFF, CR and other types

• Someone who can show how they creatively have won deals in new markets

• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of capture experience

• Detailed knowledge of the Federal contracting process and demonstrated working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

• Track record of winning deals as the capture leader – at least 3 over $20M in the past 3 years
