Function as an integral member of a team of professionals responsible for the operations and support services for USAF personnel. Assist in the management of work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision and quality control. Assists in the management of programs and services such as physical fitness and wellness programs, recreational programs and social activities, including the operation and maintenance or recreational facilities.

Required Skills
Supervisor is responsible for maintaining successful operations within recreational facilities inclusive of all activities and events. Supervisor should have a knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Supervisor must fluently speak and write English language with proper spelling and grammar.
Supervisor must be able to host activities and events up to 100 personnel. Hosting includes speaking in front of large groups and being knowledgeable of all rules for the activity or event. Supervisor must have ability to resolve any employee and/or customer questions, concerns, and inquiries.
Supervisor must be capable of conflict resolution with unsatisfied customers and/or employees. Attention to detail and accuracy of work and/or calculations is a requirement of this position.
