POSITION OVERVIEW

This position reports to the Fixed Assets Analyst Europe.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Maintain Construction in Progress;
• Handling of CER and Capitalization Process;
• Supporting the physical inventory taking for all entities all 3 years;
• Performing asset disposals and asset transfers;
• Fixed Asset period close activity including depreciation run;
• Integrity check general ledger – fixed assets ledger;
• Fixed asset reporting (e.g. C-File reporting);
• Provide Audit support;
• Keep all SOX requirements;
• Support CAPEX Reporting;
• Implement new facilities on demand;
• Work on fixed asset process improvement;
• Other tasks as required;
• Collaborate with the company’s Management team to fulfill the Integrated Management System, complying with the principles established on H.B. Fuller’s Internal Policies, as well as all established Procedures and Work instructions.

• Approved accountancy qualification in financial accounting • Fluent English language skills • Communication skills – strong communication with all stakeholders • Process and system capabilities • Travel capability

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience related to fixed assets would be a plus • Strong Report / Query writing skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft products
