POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining and performing quality control (QC) checks on all transportation documentation. This position shall be responsible for collecting all mission documentation, checking documentation for accuracy, updating the information in GATES, and ensuring the correct information is transmitted to the appropriate system, and physical documentation sent to the correct office.
Shall create, maintain, and stage or archive Government-required records. All reports shall be generated, quality checked, and monitored.
Must have and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance

Required Skills
Shall be familiar with GATES systems and required transportation reporting procedures.
Physical requirements may include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. or Local Driver’s License.
Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment.
Must be able to pass MOD15 employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
Required Experience
Four (4) years of experience with data collection and management.
Military experience in a contingency environment and knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
