Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work with little instruction
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks or similar software
• Experience with Service Titan a plus
• Experience the HVAC or Plumbing industry a plus
• A strong understanding of the accounting workflow
• 1+ years experience or degree in accounting
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication skills
• Desire to succeed and be dependable
• Experience in the trade industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and vendor invoices
• Process Customer Payments
• Collect past due balances
• Review invoices for errors and process
• Work closely with accounting manager to cross train in other accounting areas
• Updating and adding data into software as received
• Other accounting duties as needed
