Whether it’s working with our technicians, administrative staff, customers, suppliers, or business partners, you will be counted on to communicate professionally and effectively to keep our operations running smoothly.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Employee time tracking
- Inventory management
- Generating job proposals
- Accounts receivable
- Job auditing and documentation
- Managing traditional & digital marketing projects (TV ads, online brand presence, paid traffic campaigns, reputation management, competitive research, etc.)
- Office equipment maintenance
- Working with customers on appointment scheduling, financing, service issues, etc.
- Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and business partners
- Regular facility maintenance and upkeep
- Acquiring job permits from city building departments
- Event planning & setup
- Working closely with company management on special projects
- Creating processes and schedules for improved efficiency and organization
- Daily communication with HQ
- Making independent decisions in the best interest of the company when circumstances are warranted
- Managing multiple priorities to completion while adapting to change in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree (Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent administrative experience
- 2+ years of operations or office management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Availability to work a full-time schedule
- Skilled trades or home services industry experience preferred, but not required
