Job Description

• Maintain end to end overview within the region for 3PL, Warehouse, Leasing, MHE and other commercial relationships managed in the region (Cleaning, Manpower, Service, Maintenance, etc. - excluding transport contracts), focusing on: Negotiations, Contract Life Cycle Management, Vendor Relationship Management, Compliance & Tenders
• Ensuring a transparent, clear, and collaborative way of working with global, regional and local stakeholders
• Provide commercial expertise throughout entire contracting and vendor management processes
• Ensure H&M group vendor requirements, compliance & sustainability standards
• Support standardized vendor management for identification, assessment, RFP and negotiation, contracting, and relationship management
• Strategically segment vendor portfolio
• Provide transparency on the capability and performance of major vendors, and annual spend
• Support regional operations with research, evaluation, negotiation, and selection of new vendors
• Support contracting decisions

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deep logistics expertise in contracting and indirect procurement
• Strong understanding of vendor requirements in logistics as well as compliance, and sustainability standards and performance criteria
• Solid analytical skills and financial understanding
• Fundamental knowledge of legal contracting needs

Qualifications

• College degree required J.D. preferred
• 5+ years of negotiation experience
• Experience in negotiations of commercial agreements with vendors or customers of all sizes.
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience from Logistics and Procurement.
