Founded by Ian and Eric Hilton, the creative team behind H2 Collective are trailblazers responsible for the revitalization of the U Street Corridor and pioneers in the vibrant dining and nightlife scene in the District.     Responsibilities:

    • Bookkeeping and general accounting
    • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
    • Assist with data entry in Quickbooks
    • Assist with accounts payable and account receivable
    • Assist with payroll administration
    • Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
    • Providing clerical work and interoffice support
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Proficient in Quickbooks
    • Proficient in Google Suite
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $50,000.00-60,000 per year depending on experience

    Experience:

    • QuickBooks (Mandatory)
    • Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (Mandatory)
    • Google Suite (Preferred)
    • Hospitality Accounting (Preferred)

    Language:

    • Spanish (Preferred)
