The role is a hybrid mix of administrative functions with heavy focus on sales commissions. We are looking for someone who has great phone skills and is personable. You will be performing tasks that involve interacting with customers via telecom and email, utilizing ERP software for daily activities such as order entry, purchase order execution, management of RMA's, and invoicing. The ideal candidate would be technologically apt, and have a can - do attitude. We want someone who will be open to learning and is self driven. Entry level fundamental accounting principles and business process flow knowledge is preferred but not required. Above all else, the candidate should be upbeat and enjoy interacting with people. We are looking for team members who will grow with the company. We are offering a base salary with a sales incentive for the role. There will be a commission rate paid against total sales.
