    A beauty wellness brand for women, by women! Founded in 2016 by TV personalities and mega influencers with over 7 Million devoted followers - Leyla Milani and Lilly Ghalichi teamed up to create HAIRtamin.

    Together, with a team of doctors, nutritionists and formulators, they developed a powerful and effective formula to grow longer, stronger, healthier hair from the inside out using the most bioactive and bioavailable ingredients including 5000 mcg of Biotin, Vitamin C, D, B12, Folate, Zinc and a powerful antioxidants complex with Curcumin & Piperine.

We are looking for engaged, beauty-obsessed, hardworking individuals to join our team and help us continue this growth.

    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

    The Social Media Manager will oversee HAIRtamin social media content across multiple digital platforms and will be expected to drive business objectives and opportunities across all channels. This individual will be an expert on social media marketing trends to build out social strategies, ideate with internal stakeholders and oversee social content distribution and execution of plans; A visual storyteller with strong communication and writing skills. This position will report directly to the Founders and VP of Operations.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

     

    ·        Develop and implement social media strategies and best practices across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok etc.)

    ·        Manage social media campaigns, oversee day-to-day activities and two direct reports

    ·        Develop and implement creative and highly measurable social media programs and campaigns. This includes planning an editorial calendar, creative strategy and briefs and copyediting

    ·        Own the user engagement and business impact of campaigns and communities; contribute to acquisition strategy and optimization

    ·        Develop influencer/advocate programs and maintain relationships

    ·        Strengthen all social media outlets by constantly staying on top of beauty trends and developing exciting and appealing content while attracting new and current customers to continue to follow our brand. 

    ·        Maintain site experiences by ensuring tags and descriptions are optimized and content is fresh, accurate and relevant. 

    ·        Research and identify digital trends and make recommendations for greater engagement. 

    ·        Develop key indicators against which social media efforts will be measured and create corresponding analytical framework to monitor performance and ROI. 

    ·        Create and manage blogger outreach program by identifying relevant blogs and engage in social conversation 

    ·        Establish and foster relationships with online influencers and secure digital press coverage on online beauty/fashion outlets and blogs 

    ·        Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media/marketing/e-commerce technologies and benchmark and research competitor and industry leaders in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services, and vendors and provide recommendations 

    ·        Establish and execute strategic social strategies and campaigns for new product launches

    ·        Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize KPIs (e.g., EMV, social following, engagement, etc.), and re-evaluate or audit for new metrics when needed; provide learnings to share insights

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    ·        Driven, self-starter who can build and deploy strategic planning and execute tactically

    ·        Creative and well-organized

    ·        Collaborative and enthusiastic with a positive attitude

    ·        Strong attention to detail, specifically spelling, grammar and punctuation

    ·        Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints

    ·        Proficiency in publishing & planning tools like Planoly, as well as native platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Tiktok and whatever is next.

    ·        Must have a keen eye for beautiful and inspiring content as well as a passion for beauty and pop culture

    ·        Must have managed a professional social media account and be able to share links to all social media activity currently managed.

     

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    ·        Minimum of 5 years Social Media experience

    ·        CPG or Beauty Brand Experience

    ·        BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, PR or related field

    ·        Can thrive in a fast paced and unpredictable environment

    ·        Flexible and willing to work outside normal office hours
