    HAMPTON GREEN BRANDS LLC develops and distributes High-Demand Natural Products for consumers out of our facility in Murrieta CA. Founded by a Registered Nurse who is committed to bringing great products that enhance the lives our customers without harmful side effects is our mission. Our product lines includes; Vitamins and supplements, natural and organic personal care and beauty care products, essential oils, a top ranked dog shampoo and a fruit and vegetable cleaner that is non-toxic and all natural. Hampton Green Brands also has a brand of CBD infused with CBG products to help our customers live their best lives including tinctures, body lotion and roll on. Again, extreme care is taken to ensure the highest quality of our products by partnering with manufactures that have USDA approved facilities. Our products will not hurt our customers but rather enhance their lives.

    We are seeking an EXPERIENCED, MOTIVATED, AND HIGH-PERFORMING B2B SALES LEADER who will Increase Sales, Market Share and Revenue.

    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/TASKS:

    • Exceptional relationship management with key decision makers in designated markets
    • Develops and maintains efficient routing schedule, conduct in-person sales calls to assigned accounts on a regular rotation
    • Achieves/Exceeds territory goals: new item placement, line extensions, promo presentation and implementation, merchandising/display goals, product and brand education and positive monthly & quarterly sales growth
    • Account Management - Proactively & creatively resolve account issues (orders, credits, shipments, programs, samples, etc.) in a positive and timely manner resulting in a win for customer and company
    • Providing periodic reports on Sales Activity and Market trends
    • Regular participation in meetings with product development, marketing, fulfillment teams to enhance company offerings and respond to market demands
    • Additional occasional travel inside and outside territory for meetings, trade shows and conferences

    QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Excellent and timely communication, ability to prioritize and organize
    • Sales experience required – organized, positive, proactive, and goal oriented!
    • Knowledgeable and passionate about the natural products industry
    • Friendly, outgoing personality with highly developed social skills
    • Reliable, consistent with ability to manage competing priorities with style & grace
    • While some product training is offered, the candidate must be motivated to invest the time to study and become familiar with all products, their key selling points and points of differentiation, in order to grow and support strong sales in assigned accounts in a professional and effective manner
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and email
    • Must possess reliable transportation and be willing to accommodate and handle car stock inventory and samples, literature and merchandising collaterals

    JOB TYPE: Full-time, Part-time

    COMPENSATION: Base + Commission                                                                                                                  ($36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year)                                                                                                              Commensurate with Experience & Performance
