We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with the sellers of these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. If you provide top-level service and are ready for a lucrative change, we would love for you to be a part of our acquisitions team! We want to teach you how to evaluate the condition and value of real estate and ultimately land purchase contracts on up to 2-3 homes a week that our dispositions team can sell at a current market average profit of around $10,000 per deal. You'll make 15% commission on each deal after accounting for marketing costs (8-15% on average, but depends on your conversion ratio). Imagine the possibility of closing 2-3 deals a week, with an average profit of $10,000, minus 8-15% for marketing... That's a lot of money! Commission with option to start with a 90 day payback draw period. *All numbers are estimates and results may vary. Responsibilities: Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Qualifications: Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Compensation: $75,000 at plan commission
