    Customer Service Associate will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer concerns, providing support, and using various software applications to make inquiries and research information for our customers. They will also assist customers by providing information regarding product delivery, status of orders, and product returns and replacements

    Responsibilities: Have clear understanding of the department policies and procedures in regards to processing service calls. Process customer orders/changes, returns and exchanges according to established department policies and procedures. Provide timely and accurate information to customers in regards to the order status Continuously review and implement improvements to his/her processes in order to be more efficient and productive. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges Take pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers Place or cancel orders Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Handle changes in policies or renewals Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail
