Our client, a new and exciting company is a seeded startup that is digitizing the industrial workforce with a connected worker assistant solution. Our vision is to digitize industrial work with intelligence.
They have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive to cover the North American Market, In this role you will be responsible for building customer relationships and selling connected worker solutions for the industrial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, inside sales, and deal closure.
- Identification of potential new customers and their subsequent development to become either direct or indirect customers.
- Responsible for hunting and closing enterprise opportunities to exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets for Product offerings
- Ownership and responsibility of all customers in the defined region (internal and external and creating relationships with key customer staff at all levels.
- Day-to-day management of business strategy and its implementation via market research and business development.
- Build and utilize data of sales performance, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to make adjustments to market penetration plans and strategies to compete and increase revenues.
- Development and presenting regular KPI’s and updates to the leadership on the status and updates on the assigned Sales regions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline with at least 5 years selling technology to the manufacturing sector
- Ability to understand technology products and pitch/present to customers fluently on the benefits.
- Experience in selling solutions and demonstrable ability in delivering successful results
- Effective communicator both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to build, collaborate and influence in a consultative selling environment
- Self-starter that can thrive in a start-up environment and an ambiguous fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations.
