    Our client is a fast-growing software company that is looking to create a networking infrastructure that will run a big chunk of the world’s data in the coming decades and enable their customers to profit from the greatest demand surge in telco history and the rise of new applications. The ideal location is the tristate area but open to a remote arrangement with people on the east coast

    As they continue to grow and expand their global sales team, our client needs an HRBP to become a trusted advisor on all people-related issues to support their regional sales business leaders and people globally, including the US Operations team.

    In this position, you will report to the Chief People Officer and be part of the global HR team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in developing and implement strategies to create a positive culture, effective communications across geographically dispersed team members, and effective and efficient HR processes (e.g., Performance management, career path, individual development planning and execution, team building, etc.)
    • Help our managers identify, grow, and retain top talent within their teams
    • Provide thoughtful guidance and support to our managers and become the focal point for all people issues under your partnership, proactively surfacing and addressing them before they become complex issues
    • With input from each leader and the Talent Acquisition team, develop and help implement hiring plans, defining critical roles, assisting our recruiting team in crafting compelling job descriptions, and ensuring a smooth process of interviewing and decision-making
    • Onboard smoothly and create a positive experience for new hires

    Requirements

    Must have 8+ years in an HR Business Partner role, including supporting Sales teams across multiple countries. Additionally, need to have:

    • Proven experience successfully working closely with senior sales and customer delivery leaders and partnering with them to develop and implement People strategies
    • Familiarity with international employment dynamics and terms and conditions
      • Experience in small to mid-sized companies, including ability and willingness to work in an extremely fast-paced and changing environment. High energy with a hands-on “doer” mentality
      • Ability to work independently in the regions, in alignment with Corporate HR
      • Preferred Bachelors and/ or Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or other relevant fields
      • SPHR or PHR certification highly desirable
