  • Responsibilities

    Job Summary

    New Patient Scheduler performs scheduling by serving our customers and patients on the phone and in person. Using excellent customer service skills, they assist in scheduling patient appointments, guide patients through a variety of issues and to coordinate multiple appointments for HART clinics and locations. Respond to website contacts/feedback in a professional, courteous, confidential, and timely manner. Provide on-boarding for new patients, accurate documentation, and collaboration with other staff. Other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    Uses various computer applications, such as eIVF or other EMR.

    Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls, gathering information as needed.

    Complete New Patient Histories

    Manage day-to-day appointments and reschedules efficiently.

    Schedules appointments via phone, in person, or via electronic correspondence.

    Verify and update patient demographics.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications Education:

    Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred: Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.

    Experience: At least one year of job-related experience

    Skills: Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication. Bilingual preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a team environment and to collaborate with a variety of individuals in a positive manner.
