We are seeking an Experienced Estimator to join our team! We are growing rapidly and in need of honest and hardworking people who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Ideal candidates are people who want to move up and grow within the company.

Responsibilities: __ __

o Identifying construction materials along with current pricing to put out accurate estimates for commercial and residential construction. This includes keeping the software and office staff updated on pricing changes.

o Expected minimum of 2-3 estimates per week, determined by size of job

o Monitor each job rewarded from beginning to end of job, with at least two site visits to job site until the job is completed, including but not limited to acceptance and verification of material delivery and hand off to Site Super.

o Periodic walks/field estimates as needed.

o Manage Estimate/Job folders to ensure all documents, pricing, submittals are accurate and in folders.

o Track change orders and RFI’s

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction estimating
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Must have reliable transportation, car insurance, and a valid US driver's license.
• Must have own tools and be able to work up to 40 hours a week.
• Must be able to work in the US and complete an E-verify verification.
• Must be able to pass background and drug tests.

Compensation is based on experience .
