YOUR MISSION:
In cooperation with the HAWK:AI Sales team, you will define and craft the optimal solution for various financial institutions. Quickly adapting to dynamic and ever-changing environments, you will lead discovery and need-finding about prospects’ requirements. In providing high-quality documentation and clear explanations, your role is vital in supporting the winning and closing of the opportunities at hand. Once contracts are signed, you manage a smooth Implementation process, go live, and transition to business as usual.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Company’s Sales team to identify prospective and current client key business needs and objectives to gain a deeper understanding of their unique and specific goals
- Using a consultative approach, provide prospective clients and the related teams with customized optimal solution designs for current and future business challenges, ensuring that all required subject matter and any expertise, both internal and external, are effectively communicated and documented
- Understand the associated risk factors for a proposed solution and effectively communicate them to clients and internal stakeholders
- Confidently prepare, provide and present solution design illustrations and bespoke solution demonstrations to maximize commercial impact
- Actively contribute to deal-specific business cases and pricing for the expert implementation and operation of the proposed solution
- Manage RFP process and execution, including questions, proposal, and business case content to the highest quality and within agreed-upon timeframes
- Lead prospective clients through proof of concept (POC) delivery, coordinating their respective tech and compliance teams with the Company’s Tech and Data teams
- Structure, run and manage client implementation projects to quick, successful go-lives, using a combination of hands-on implementation and post-sales project leadership, including:
- Define requirements and solution scope for the implementation of HAWK:AI service
- Support clients in the integration of their systems to the HAWK:AI API for transaction and customer data
- Map customers’ AML/Fraud risks/red flags to the HAWK:AI capabilities to ensure overage of their policies and regulatory obligations
- Support and train customers on the setup of the HAWK:AI system for their needs, including configuration, user acceptance testing and issue resolution
- Liaising with HAWK:AI internal teams for custom developments and releases that align with customer needs
- Work through the migration from testing to production systems for go-live
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a feedback loop throughout the customer lifecycle
- Regularly liaise with and provide market-based input to the Company’s Product Management team, helping to drive short and long-term roadmap planning for Development, DevOps, and Data Science teams
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, computer science, business informatics, information systems, or sciences
- 2-5 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Implementation Consulting/Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Product Management, or Customer Success in B2B SaaS; FinTech-specific experience is a plus (e.g., payments, banking, etc.)
- Ability to structure complex integration challenges, build productive relationships and “sell” to both internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts
- Ability to navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and stakeholders
- Prior experience with compliance, AML, and Fraud background is a strong plus
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, German, etc.) a strong plus
