Job Description

We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the cost-estimating and management of glass curtainwall and glazing related projects in a growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Estimate Glass Curtainwall Projects up to $25 million in value. 
• Review project drawings, specifications, and detailed shop drawings. 
• Procure materials and equipment.​
• Maintain required project documentation. 
• Coordinate with in-house project managers, owners, CM’s, and GC’s.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous estimating and project management experience specific to the glass and glazing industry.
• Experienced software user, proficient with Excel, Bluebeam, and Industry specific software. 
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Self-organization and schedule meeting abilities.  ​​​​​​
