HB Staffing is working with an exciting, growing skincare company in Irvine in need of an Accounting Clerk for a temp to hire opportunity! Our client has been in the industry for over 20 years and sells products to major salons, spas, and consumers nationwide. Our client offers excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO to direct employees. Duties include: • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience (AP ~10-15/wk; AR ~50-100/wk) • Reconciliations • Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook • Data entry (QuickBooks) • Communicating with vendors/customers • Posting payments Mon-Fri 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr
