    Job Description

    Duties/Qualification:

    • Excellent computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office

    • Experience with order processing, Woo Commerce a plus (or other electronic order processing platform)

    • Excellent and professional communications skills (written and spoken)

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities (a calm demeanor)

    • Professional and positive in nature, and self-motivating

    -Experience with basic bookkeeping tasks, processing Sales Orders and Invoicing

    • Spreadsheets, Data Entry (Excel and/or Google Docs)

     - Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

    • Time management skills

    • Typing abilities 40-50+ wpm accurately

    • Strong attention to details
