Our client, a successful manufacturer/distributor in Fountain Valley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Also, we have another client in Irvine, seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

These are Temp-to-Hire opportunities, with those clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE 2-4 YEARS, EXPERIENCE DOING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A B2B OFFICE ENVIRONMENT.

MUST BE TECH-SAVVY, COMPUTER LITERATE (ERP OR EDI EXPERIENCE HIGH DESIRED), AND HAVE STRONG MATH SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK AND A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF PRIORITIZATION ARE A MUST.

MUST BE COACHABLE, TRAINABLE, WILLING TO LEARN AND ASK QUESTIONS.

MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER WITH GREAT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL!

DUTIES:

• Resolves Customer Inquiries and questions with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
• Respond to email correspondence and chats quickly
• Educates our clients on the company’s products and programs
• Look for innovative ways to enhance the customers’ experience
• Be a multitasking wizard in order to provide quick and accurate information to the customer
• Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Communicates in a positive, courteous, and professional manner with a focus on customer service even when difficult situations arise while following company procedures
• Ability to handle customer orders, inquiries, concerns, and questions in a professional and timely manner
• Delivers consistent results in a fast-paced, evolving environment and an ability to multi-task and prioritize without sacrificing standards, accuracy or quality, or work.
• Supports company values and standards of ethics and integrity
• The ability to troubleshoot and anticipate potential roadblocks or customer concerns
• Must be able to function independently and as part of a team.
