Do you have 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A SOCIAL WORKER, CASE MANAGER, OR PROGRAM MANAGER IN THE SOCIAL SERVICES FIELD?

If you answered yes to these questions, we are looking for you! Our client, a PUBLIC AGENCY IN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY is looking to direct hire a PROGRAM MANAGER. THE POSITION IS AVAILABLE IN SAN BERNARDINO.

In these roles, you would ASSIST WITH HOUSING, AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, as well as other services for homeless, and in need persons and families in your community.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or Psychology.

3-5 years experience as a Social Worker, Case Worker of equivalent, assisting individuals and families who are seeking housing, counseling services, drug rehabilitation, or other public aid services.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a social work environment, including budget management, is required for Program Managers.

Your own reliable transportation, valid CA Driver's License, and proof of insurance coverage.

This is a direct-hire position, paying from $28 to $33 per hour. Excellent benefits package, as well as generous mileage and cell phone reimbursements allowances, paid out monthly.
