Currently, RG is looking to hire a Lead UX/UI Designer to support our product development team in delivering a compelling customer experience through beautiful and usable web and mobile interfaces and workflows for our planning and scheduling software and applications. Working with our Business Analysts and Agile development teams, the Lead UX/UI designer will take ownership of the user’s journey and customer experience, from creating and validating design concepts through to detailed interface design. We are seeking people excited to prepare radical and transformative experiences which constructively challenge the established preconceptions of Government and commercial clients, and who can lead and grow that capability within the company.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The chosen candidate can expect to be responsible for transforming business requirements into user experiences that optimize the product experience for the user community. Working with business analysts and Agile development teams, the Lead UX/UI Designer will contribute to the ongoing transformation of requirements by conducting user research, leading design workshops and concept demonstrations, and designing the individual user interfaces.

KNOWLEDGE OF AGILE SOFTWARE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN LEADING DESIGN WORK ON MAJOR APPLICATIONS
SKILLED IN DEVELOPING WIREFRAMES, MOCK-UPS, STYLE SHEETS, AND UI TEMPLATES
ABILITY TO TRAVEL NATIONWIDE FOR CLIENT MEETINGS (UP TO 50%)
