PM Telco, an RG subsidiary, is looking to hire a CS1000 Field Engineer to support our Avaya customer. To help make our customer successful once on-site, the chosen candidate can expect to be involved with or responsible for providing expertise in the implementation of complex enterprise communications systems including functional knowledge of VOIP, SIP, Networking, and Voice Messaging on Avaya System.  They will also be responsible for moves, adds and changes to existing systems.  Candidates will perform system upgrades and install firmware updates (patches) as needed.

Required Experience

To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.

• 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE INDUSTRY WITH PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE IN TDM, VOIP, SIP, VOICE MESSAGING, IP TRUNKS, CELL ACCESS, AND WIRELESS WITHIN AVAYA, NORTEL, AND CISCO ENVIRONMENTS
• EXPERIENCE WITH COMMUNICATION MANAGER AND SYSTEM/SESSION MANAGER
• WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE SOFTWARE AND OPERATING SYSTEMS USED IN AVAYA CS1000 EQUIPMENT
• OUTSTANDING INTERPERSONAL, VERBAL, AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
