    WESTWOOD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Project Assistant / Office Manager to join our team in our Denver, CO office.  Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients. A Project Assistant / Office Manager is responsible for oversight to the day to day administrative operations of the local office as well as supporting Project Managers, Service Leaders, and other staff on various projects and other administrative requests.  Project support may be billable projects or non-billable projects based on the requests of the individual needing support.  Administrative items may be anything that the staff needs support with completing.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Draft, proofread, and production of proposals and project reports based on direction from Project Managers
    • Develop or modify templates for reports, proposals, work orders and other items as requested
    • Assist project managers with conference calls, meetings, and documentation
    • Assist project managers and technical staff with project related requests
    • Review documents for general punctuation and grammar
    • Assist with data entry and updates into the company CRM database
    • Assist with administrative requests throughout the division
    • Support Professional staff with licensure paperwork
    • Support with project prequalification requirements
    • Assist with non-billable projects and other items as requested
    • Responsible for the culture of the office and modeling Westwood’s core values
    • Disperse information and updates to local staff at monthly town hall meetings
    • Manage the utilization, performance, and training of local staff
    • Coordinate candidate interview visits on behalf of PMs and HR
    • Oversee the accommodations for office visitors (employees, clients, vendors, etc.)
    • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Principal in Charge

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

    • Two year degree preferred and 4-plus years of experience in a similar position.
    • Effective written communication is necessary and past experience with technical writing is preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle several projects at one time
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience working in a professional services environment is a plus
