Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineer at HC Forklift America will be instrumental in designing and developing mechanical components and systems for our line of advanced material handling equipment. This role requires a combination of innovative engineering, in-depth industry knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence and market leadership.

General Accountabilities:

Design and optimize mechanical components and systems specifically for material handling and logistics equipment.

Ensure technical feasibility and integration with electronic and software systems.

Collaborate with teams across HC Forklift America to ensure seamless project execution.

Lead prototype development, rigorous testing, and validation processes.

Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation in accordance with industry and company standards.

Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring top-notch quality and innovation.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the material handling or related industry.

Skills:

Proficiency in CAD and CAE tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.

Deep understanding of industry standards and material handling equipment regulations.

Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and technological advancement.
