Job Summary
Sales Coordinator acts as a liaison between the dealer and HC Forklift Sales & Marketing and Warehouse departments once an order has been placed and approved for processing. This position also maintains various logs that correspond with the life cycle of orders. In addition, the Sales Coordinator is the customer service representative for dealers specifically for shipping and product fulfillment including requests, concerns, and questions.
General Accountabilities
Maintains and updates various order, shipping, booking, import and inventory logs.
Coordinates dealer orders upon receipt from sales force to operations.
Provides customer service to dealers regarding their orders, requests, and shipping details.
Pulse surveys to ensure dealer experience from order to receipt of product remains optimum; reporting feedback to Operations Manager and/or Sr. VP of Marketing & Sales.
Coordinates and plans (with Sr. VP of Marketing and Sales) Dealer and Show related events.
Promotes products or services at conventions, press conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
Works closely with sales to ensure they are achieved and tracks public responses.
Sends customized e-mail invitations to selected clients and prospects deemed crucial HC Forklift product updates and releases.
Front Desk Reception and First Impression: Greeting dealers, clients, and Ready for Business.
Assists Sr. Vice President and Management Team in various administrative requests as time allows.
Customs Clearing procedures for all imported inventory and shipments.
Assists with printing various forms from HC’s ERP System related to incoming and outgoing inventory.
Assists with adding or removing units from inventory in the ERP System.
Occasional training of new employees on tasks once assigned.

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or 1 - 2 years of experience in related industry.
Customer Service experience 1+ yrs.
Skills
Able to coordinate between multiple departments.
