Our program focuses on addiction recovery through detox and residential level of care. We are committed to transforming lives through comprehensive and compassionate care.
We are seeking a full-time Director of Nursing with excellent communication and organizational skills. The DON will lead and organize our team of nurses to ensure exceptional patient care and maintain a positive work culture.

It was founded by individuals in recovery who have first-hand experience in receiving addiction treatment and have developed a specialized model of care that incorporates techniques that work while eliminating those that do not.
DON duties and responsibilities
Supervise, direct, and support our team of nurses (RN and LPNs)
Interview, hire, and train new employees
Evaluate performances and give feedback
Manage nursing schedule and workload
Provide continuing education to maintain current best practices and to continue ongoing high quality patient care
Develop department goals, such as staffing, procedural, and standard-of-care goals
Ensure compliance with Joint Commision, state and federal regulations
Maintain HIPPA compliance, complete reports, and auditing requirements
Monitor and control department budget
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline operations and improve quality of patient care
Design and manage quality improvement (CQI) initiatives
Monitor pharmacy and laboratory services and facilitate communication through appropriate company channels
Serve as a consultant to all employees in reference to any health and safety questions
Collaborate with employees to incorporate infection control policies and procedures in order to provide a safe environment for patients and employees.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing (BSN) or commensurate experience
Current unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license
Active BLS certification
Knowledge of EHR system and basic computer applications
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Must demonstrate knowledge of both RNs and LPNs scope of practice, Joint Commission standards, and state regulations
Knowledge of DEA regulations regarding subutex and suboxon
Job type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per year
